Premier Academy Team Tryouts

Premier Basketball Club offers formal tryouts for our Colorado and Utah competitive Premier Academy teams annually. Below are the general dates of when those tryouts occur:

  • Jefferson County, CO  - 1st Week of March (We do have an additional tryout in August to fill roster vacancies)
  • Parker, CO - 1st Week of March
  • Western Slope, CO - 1st Week of January (U10-U14), 1st week in March (U15-U17)
  • Utah - 3rd Week of August

If you have missed tryouts and would like to be evaluated for a Premier Academy Team, please contact us.

Tryout Types

  • Open Tryouts - Semi-Annual tryouts that are held to fill roster vacancies. Current Premier Academy players DO NOT need to re-tryout.
  • Formal Tryouts - Annual tryouts that are held once a year to reform Academy teams.

Age Qualifications

Below is a list of age/grade qualifications for our Utah and Colorado Premier Academy Teams:

  • U17 - 11th Grade
  • U16 - 10th Grade
  • U15 - 9th Grade
  • U14 - 8th Grade
  • U13 - 7th Grade
  • U12 - 6th Grade
  • U11 - 5th Grade
  • U10 - 4th Grade

Nike Girls EYBL Teams

Evaluations for Nike Girls EYBL teams take place throughout the entire year. If you would like to be considered for a position on our Nike Girls EYBL team, please contact us.
