Greg serves as Premier's Senior Director and runs Premier Leagues, Tournaments, Little Ballers and Special Events as well as coaches our Premier Academy Teams, utilizing his experience with high level professional athletes to develop the youth in Premier. Coach Greg has spent countless hours helping amateur and professional athletes develop physically and mentally and uses those experiences to develop Premier into one of the top basketball clubs in Colorado. Greg also serves as the Golden High School Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. He takes pride in the work he has done by helping his clients give back to youth through sports.
Luke Duckett, Director of Operations
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Luke currently runs our Jefferson County U10-U13 Boys and Girls Premier Academy & U14-U17 Boys Premier Academy, Premier Camps, Premier Skills Academy and is a Premier Individual Trainer.
Bobbi Robison, Office Manager
Bobbi recently moved to Colorado from Illinois, but has quickly integrated herself into our basketball club. She brings over ten years of management experience with her to Premier Basketball Club. As a former athlete herself, Bobbi understand the benefits of a positive youth sports experience for our youth and the importance of managing a well organized office that serves the needs of our families.
Audra Lynn, Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator
A Colorado native, Audra grew up in Highlands Ranch and attended Colorado State University to pursue a degree in Sports Journalism. While at CSU she coached with Rocky Mountain High School and the Rocky Mountain Fever Basketball Club. She coached fourth grade boys, sixth grade girls and high school age girls to multiple tournament championships in Colorado and California. Upon graduation from CSU she began her Masters at the University of Denver where she is now the Graduate Manager for the DU Women’s team.
Audra currently serves as head coach for the Premier U11 Girls Nike Team and is our Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator overseeing our marketing and social media for all Premier locations and assisting our players in their recruiting process.
Pat Ford, Parker Premier Director
Pat is the former Director of Parker Hoops, which merged with Colorado Premier Basketball Club in 2016.He led Parker Hoops for nearly 10 years and currently is the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Ponderosa High School.Pat leads our Parker Premier Division and also serves on our Premier Advisory Board.
Michael Wells, Western Slope Director & Girls U10-U17 Premier Academy Director
With nearly 20 years of basketball coaching experience, Michael is a tremendous asset to our Western Slope Premier Program. Prior to joining Premier, Michael was a collegiate assistant for 13 years compiling a 231-92 record and he also ran Supreme Court Basketball Club, successfully placing numerous players at Division I institutions. He currently is the Head Girl’s Varsity Basketball Coach at Fruita Monument High School. Michael played collegiate football at Black Hills State University and off the court is a partner in First String, LLC, an athletic apparel, uniform and promotional products company in Grand Junction. He leads the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Huddle at FMHS and the 3D Coaches Bible Study Group. He resides in Fruita with his wife of 16 years Rhea, daughters MacKenzie (15), Kylie (11), and son Jhett (8).
Ryan Hayden, Western Slope Boys U12-U17 Premier Academy Director
Ryan serves as our Western Slope U12-U17 Boys Premier Academy Team Director. A native of Western Colorado, Ryan is entering his 16th year coaching at the high school level on the Western Slope. He is currently the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Grand Junction Central High School, where he is entering his 6th season. Ryan attended Palisade High School, where he was an All-State performer, and went on to continue his education at Mesa State College. Off the floor, Ryan enjoys spending time enjoying the outdoors of Western Colorado with his wife, Tedi, and his 3 children.
Jeramie Martin, Utah U10-U17 Premier Academy Team Director
Jeramie runs our satellite U10-U17 Utah Premier Academy Teams after successfully running the Lakeside Shockers Basketball Club in Utah for several years. He played collegiately at the University of Northern Colorado and resides in Sandy, Utah with his wife Toni and 4 children.
Dominic Aiello, Premier Camps Coordinator
Dominic is our Premier Camps Coordinator, assisting with all aspects of camp marketing, registration and coaching. He is from Longmont, Colorado where he played four years of varsity basketball at Longmont High School. Following high school, Dominic went on to play basketball at Nebraska Wesleyan University where he met his wife Krista. He has an extensive background in sports, working with the Denver Nuggets, University of Denver Athletics and Gold Crown as well as coaching numerous youth basketball camps.
Lyn Thompson, Accounting
Lyn brings over 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to Colorado Premier Basketball Club and provides excellent service to the 1,000+ players participating in Premier programs.
